Project Summary

SSS Energy successfully completed a 125kW solar power project for Ghousia Food in Basti Malook, Multan, providing an efficient and reliable renewable energy solution for its food processing operations. The system consists of 216 JA Solar 605W panels paired with a Solis 125kW on-grid inverter, designed to deliver consistent solar energy throughout the day.

With an estimated daily production of 450–500 kWh, the system helps significantly reduce reliance on conventional electricity while delivering approximately PKR 1.5 million in monthly savings. The project demonstrates SSS Energy’s ability to deliver cost-effective solar solutions that provide both operational and financial benefits for commercial clients.

Overview & Challenge

The Ghousia Food project was a 125kW commercial solar installation designed to reduce electricity costs and provide a dependable source of clean energy for the facility. The system combines 216 high-efficiency JA Solar 605W panels with a Solis 125kW on-grid inverter, enabling efficient power generation and supporting the facility’s daily energy requirements while delivering substantial long-term savings.

One of the key challenges was designing a solar system capable of meeting the facility’s operational energy requirements while maximizing daily power generation within the available installation area. The project required careful panel positioning, efficient electrical configuration, and optimal integration of the Solis 125kW inverter to achieve consistent performance. Ensuring reliable operation alongside the facility’s existing electrical system was also an important consideration.
