Project Summary

SSS Energy successfully completed a 400kW solar power project for Shabbir Feed Mills, providing a reliable and efficient renewable energy solution to support its industrial operations. The system is equipped with JA N-Type Bifacial 610W top-tier solar panels and 3 × 125kW SAJ on-grid inverters, delivering high-performance solar generation.

The installation is designed to produce approximately 1,800–2,000 units of clean electricity per day, helping reduce dependence on conventional grid power and supporting long-term energy savings. The project reflects SSS Energy’s expertise in delivering high-capacity solar solutions tailored to the demanding requirements of industrial facilities.

Overview & Challenge

The Shabbir Feed Mills project was a major 400kW commercial solar installation designed to meet the facility’s significant energy requirements with clean and dependable power. The system combines high-efficiency JA N-Type Bifacial 610W panels with 3 × 125kW SAJ on-grid inverters, supported by a durable L2 mounting structure with a concrete base to ensure stability and long-term performance.

One of the key challenges was designing and installing a high-capacity solar system capable of efficiently supporting the demanding energy requirements of a feed mill. The project required careful panel layout, structural planning, and optimal integration of the SAJ on-grid inverters to maximize energy generation. Installing the L2 structure with a concrete base while maintaining system stability and ensuring smooth integration with the facility’s existing electrical infrastructure were also important considerations.
